CBA dean’s research wins ‘Best Abstract’ award

College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) Dean Dr. Flormando Baldovino achieved the “Best Abstract in Technology” award during the International Research Conference on Multidisciplinary Innovation and Best Practices in Education (RCMBPE) , Oct. 24, at the Philippine Christian University in Manila. 

Dr. Baldovino’s research “Technological Capabilities of a Higher Education Institution in Quezon Province: Basis for Organizational Competitiveness Framework” won him the Best Abstract in Technology award.

Dr. Baldovino expressed his gratitude when he received the award. 

“I am deeply honored to receive the award for the Best Abstract in Technology. I’m grateful to all the persons who supported me in this research. Winning the award is a huge gift for me,” Dr. Baldovino stated.

“I aspire for this accomplishment to inspire fellow Envergan researchers and to encourage them to actively participate in research endeavors. The success we celebrate today should fuel a collective passion for exploration and discovery within our academic community,” Dr. Baldovino added.

The hybrid conference united scholars and practitioners globally, fostering the exchange of research findings and best practices in the field of internationalization in higher education, with the theme "Internationalization for Research, Innovation, and Best Practices in Higher Education."
