PICEsikalaban 2025 highlights leadership and talent of civil engineering students

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – MSEUF Student Chapter launched its annual PICEsikalaban celebration on Feb. 28, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to developing future leaders in civil engineering.

The celebration opened with the Mr. and Ms. PICEsikalaban 2025 competition, where candidates demonstrated leadership qualities, intellectual competence, and professional poise expected of aspiring civil engineers. Participants were evaluated across multiple categories that emphasized confidence, communication skills, and vision, reflecting the values of the profession.

The event continued with MagPICEsikat 2025, a talent showcase that highlighted students’ abilities beyond technical expertise. Performances in music, dance, and theatrical presentation showcased creativity and versatility among civil engineering students.

Students, faculty members, and supporters from the PICE community attended the event, celebrating academic excellence, professional development, and collaboration. Organizers credited the success of the activity to the collective effort and dedication of the PICE community.
