LIB.COM joins EU Leaders seminar-workshop


LIB.COM participated in the “EU Leaders: Empowering and Uniting for Collaborative Success” seminar-workshop held virtually via Microsoft Teams on July 22, to strengthen leadership, organizational planning and collaboration among student leaders.
The activity gathered student organizations of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation for discussions on effective planning and alignment of student-led initiatives with the university’s vision, mission, goals and objectives.
Leah Salas discussed the importance of creating programs and activities that support the institution’s strategic goals.
She also shared sample activities and planning strategies that organizations may use in preparing for the academic year.
Arby Lagman discussed the PCARV process for organizations requesting venues for their activities, helping student leaders understand proper procedures in organizing future events and projects.
As part of the workshop, participating organizations developed and presented their Plans of Activities for academic year 2025-2026.
LIB.COM successfully completed its proposed organizational plans during the session.
Through the seminar-workshop, LIB.COM strengthened its leadership capacity, planning skills and commitment to implementing meaningful activities for the university community.
The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Excellence, Unity and Service by helping student leaders plan purposeful programs aligned with institutional goals. It also supported student-centered learning by equipping organizations with practical skills in leadership, collaboration and project management.
