The Junior Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines-Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Chapter joined “Kaisa Kabataan: Igniting the Hearts of the Youth for the Community 2025” on Sept. 5 at the AEC Little Theater to promote youth leadership, empowerment and community engagement.

The Enverga University-Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants organized the event in partnership with JFINEX and other student organizations from the university.

Fifteen JFINEX members attended the program.

The activity featured discussions from invited speakers on topics relevant to youth development and community involvement.

Jewell Wayne Ilao Anglo discussed the responsible use of artificial intelligence, while Maria Francile Ann Chaste Ilao highlighted the importance of Community Extension Services and youth participation in community development.

Organizers also conducted interactive icebreaker activities and a raffle draw to encourage participation and audience engagement.

JFINEX and other partner organizations received Certificates of Recognition for their support and collaboration in the initiative.

Through Kaisa Kabataan 2025, JFINEX strengthened its role in student leadership, social responsibility and advocacy for positive community change.

The event incurred a total expense of P300, funded through tickets paid by participating JFINEX members.


The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Service, Unity and Excellence by encouraging students to collaborate, lead and contribute to meaningful community-centered initiatives. It also supported outcomes-oriented education by helping students connect leadership, responsible technology use and social involvement with real community needs.
