Members of the Junior Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines-Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Chapter participated in the Finance Leaders Conference 2026 on Jan. 24 via Facebook Live to strengthen their understanding of ethical leadership and responsible finance practices.

The Junior Confederation of Finance Associations-Philippines organized the virtual conference, which gathered finance professionals, students and educators from across the country.

A total of 62 JFINEX-MSEUF members attended the event.

The conference served as a platform for participants to engage in professional discussions, build industry connections and learn from finance leaders.

Throughout the program, participants joined panel discussions and listened to speakers who emphasized the role of ethical leadership in strengthening stakeholder trust and organizational responsibility.

Speakers also highlighted integrity and accountability as essential values in sustaining long-term success in the finance sector.

Organizers said the event encouraged attendees to reflect on how ethical practices can be applied in their future careers and professional environments.

Participants also exchanged experiences and insights, contributing to collaborative discussions on finance leadership and practical industry approaches.

Through the conference, JFINEX-MSEUF members gained a deeper appreciation of responsible finance practices and strengthened their commitment to professional development.

The virtual activity incurred no expenses for the organization.
