IIEE conducts planning workshop for upcoming school year

Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers

Student officers of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers conducted a Planning Workshop on July 22 to prepare activities for the upcoming school year in coordination with the Office of Student Affairs and other student organizations.

The regular in-campus activity was attended by two fourth-year officers and conducted via an online MS Teams meeting. Participants discussed proposed activities, aligned calendars, and shared ideas to ensure that planned events would be meaningful, well-coordinated, and beneficial to the student body.

During the session, officers worked collaboratively to organize schedules and identify potential conflicts among activities. Coordination with OSA and fellow student organizations strengthened partnerships and improved planning efficiency across campus groups.

Organizers said the workshop resulted in a clear and organized plan for the entire school year. Proper scheduling minimized conflicts and ensured activities aligned with students’ needs and interests, supporting a more effective and collaborative campus environment.

The workshop supports the University’s mission of holistic and student-centered education by strengthening leadership, planning, and collaboration among student officers. It reflects the core values of Excellence through organized governance, Unity through inter-organizational coordination, Mindfulness by considering students’ needs, and Service by ensuring activities deliver value to the campus community.
