The CAS Psychological Society joined the annual tree planting activity on Feb. 10 at the MSEUF Forest Research Site in May San Lorenzo, Villa Hulyana, as part of the university’s 79th Founding Anniversary celebration.

The activity gathered student organizations, alumni, faculty and employees to promote environmental responsibility and community participation.

CPS sent two representatives to take part in the initiative and support the university’s continuing efforts to strengthen its environmental legacy.

Participants planted dwarf coconut seedlings as part of the university-led activity, which aimed to encourage shared responsibility in caring for the local ecosystem.

The planting of dwarf coconut seedlings reflected a long-term commitment to sustainability, as the initiative sought to help maintain green and productive spaces for future generations of Envergans.

Beyond the planting activity, the event fostered unity among different sectors of the university and highlighted environmental stewardship as a shared mission.

Through its participation, CPS supported climate action, natural resource protection and meaningful student involvement in university-led sustainability programs.

The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Mindfulness, Service and Unity by encouraging students and members of the university community to care for the environment through collective action. It also supported transformative learning by giving students practical opportunities to contribute to sustainability efforts beyond the classroom.

  • SDG 4: Quality Education – The activity promoted environmental awareness and experiential learning among students.
