CBA Fiesta features Aladdin-inspired booth by NMSF

Neils Mulder Scholarship Foundation

The Dr. Niels Mulder Scholarship Foundation (NMSF) participated in the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) Fiesta 2025 with an Aladdin-inspired booth on Sept. 24, joining other student organizations in the campus-wide celebration at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation.

Designed around the popular fairytale theme, the booth featured a handcrafted wish lamp and decorative hangings inspired by traditional fiesta décor. Organizers said the visual elements were intended to enhance the booth’s appeal and create an engaging space for students attending the event.

On the second day of the fiesta, NMSF adviser Razelle Lacson visited the booth and assisted members in organizing and improving the display to make it more attractive and accessible to visitors.

Students flocked to the booths during the opening of the CBA Fiesta, with many participating in the games prepared by NMSF, including Color Match and Tong Ring. Members noted strong engagement from students across different CBA organizations, many of whom expressed enthusiasm for the activities and prizes.

Organizers said the booth-making activity aimed to give students a break from academic demands while encouraging campus engagement, interaction, and camaraderie. NMSF members credited the success of their booth to teamwork and dedication, noting that the activity achieved its goal of bringing enjoyment and positive energy to fellow students during the fiesta.

The activity supports the University’s mission of holistic and student-centered education by providing opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and experiential learning outside the classroom. It reflects the core values of Unity through teamwork and shared participation, Mindfulness by promoting balance between academics and student life, Excellence through organized and creative execution, and Service by contributing to a vibrant and inclusive campus environment.
