The Enverga University Student Nurses Association participated in the LEaders Advancement Program and Services on Jan. 9, at the Library Seminar Hall of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation to strengthen digital communication, documentation practices and organizational standards.

Organized under the Office of Student Organizations, LEAPS gathered student leaders from various campus organizations for training and evaluation. The program focused on the digitalization of organizational documents and information through microsite management.

Participants also received training in content creation and basic news writing. The session covered the inverted pyramid structure, factual reporting, attribution and proper identification to help student organizations produce accurate and well-structured communication materials.

The program also served as a venue for evaluating student organizations for accreditation based on university standards. Organizations that met the required criteria received formal recognition.

EUSNA, represented by two officers, earned probationary accreditation status after the evaluation. The status reflected the organization’s compliance with initial requirements and readiness for further development.

“The program enhanced participants’ understanding of responsible content creation and improved their capacity to manage digital platforms effectively,” organizers said.

The activity equipped student leaders and members with essential skills in documentation, media writing and digital platform management. It also strengthened the credibility and communication systems of student organizations across the university.

Through improved microsite management, the broader university community gained access to more reliable, organized and accessible information about student organization programs and activities.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to outcomes-oriented and student-centered education by helping student leaders develop practical communication, documentation and organizational management skills. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Unity by promoting responsible leadership, credible information sharing and stronger coordination among student organizations.
