AGHAM celebrates Science Month; recognizes winners of poster making contest
As part of the organization's Science Month 2025 celebration, A Group Harvesting Acquired Knowledge through Scientific Method (AGHAM) organized a poster making contest for students to explore the connection between science and creative, AEC Little Theatre, Oct 28.
Centered on the theme, "Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future through Science and Innovation," the competition provided participants with an opportunity to communicate scientific concepts and ideas through visual art.
Participants presented posters that interpreted the contest theme through diverse artistic approaches and scientific perspectives, highlighting the relationship between science, innovation, and creativity.
Jane Kathryne won first place, followed by Riccy Gail Canlas in second place and Cassandra Siodina in third place.
The contest formed part of AGHAM's Science Month 2025 activities, which aimed to encourage students to engage with science through academic and creative endeavors. The event concluded with the awarding of winners and the recognition of all participants for their contributions.
The activity supports Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation's commitment to student-centered and transformative learning by providing students with opportunities to apply scientific knowledge through creative expression.
