GEO, Registrar, OSAS hold general orientation to support new foreign students

To help the international students navigate academics, services and regulations, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation through the Global Engagement Office, held a general orientation at the RTC Training Room, Sept. 5.

Officer in charge of the Office of the President and executive vice president Benilda Villenas welcomed attendees and underscored MSEUF’s support for a culturally diverse campus.

Acting Registrar Lizaminda Regodon presented Introduction to Registration, Admission, and Visa Assistance, outlining enrollment steps, key documents, and visa renewal guidance.

Rey Marco Casiño, officer in charge of the Office of Student Affairs and Services, detailed counseling, student activities, health services and other resources in Introduction to the Services of the Office of Student Affairs and Services.

Students raised questions during an open forum and shared early campus experiences with staff.

Dr. Jennifer Reyes, director of the Global Engagement Office, closed the session and urged students to use university services and engagement opportunities.

“We will walk with you from enrollment to everyday life on campus so you can learn confidently and thrive at MSEUF,” Dr. Reyes said.


This orientation advanced MSEUF’s mission to deliver transformative, student-centered learning by connecting international students with the people and processes that enable success. It reflected the core values of Service and Unity through coordinated support across offices, and Excellence by setting clear academic and compliance standards from day one.
