IMP, ICTD join UX+ 2025 to advance user-centered innovation
The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation participated in the UX+ 2025 Conference on Sept. 14 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, with delegates from Institutional Marketing and Promotions (IMP) and the Information and Communications Technology Department (ICTD).
Representing the University were Mark Gaylord Genovaña and Arielle Dimalaluan of the Institute of Marketing and Promotions (IMP), and Jericho Gutierrez and Mark Joseph Andes of the Information Communication and Technology Department (ICTD).
The event gathered UX practitioners from across the region and featured nine experts, including Jon Howell, Michelle Fernandez, Jezreel Cerbito, Rajeef M K, Katrina Lachica, Gian dela Rama, Sheryl Cababa, Kelly Hu, and Cedric Lee, who shared insights on brand experience design, product challenges, leadership, technical UX engineering, AI integration, and global cross-cultural practices.
The conference also highlighted inclusive design, storytelling, usability testing, and balancing aesthetics with functionality. The MSEUF team actively engaged in sessions, drawing takeaways that deepened their perspective on user-centered approaches.
Earlier this year, the same IMP and ICTD delegates attended the Graphika MNL 2025 creative conference on March 1–2, underscoring the university’s commitment to continuous learning and engagement in global design and technology events.
This participation reflects MSEUF’s mission to provide transformative learning by immersing its community in cutting-edge design and technology practices. The university’s values of Excellence and Mindfulness guided its commitment to innovation while fostering Unity through collaborative learning in global forums.
