Health and Safety Office Quality Objectives

1. Conduct a University-wide safety and security inspection through the use of Hazard
Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Report (HIRAC) or other applicable
assessment procedures on a monthly basis.
2. Collaborate with the Medical and Dental Services, Human Resource Department
and other concerned departments and relevant agencies in conducting at least three
(3) health and wellness programs annually.
3. Conduct at least four (4) safety programs including disaster awareness and
preparedness initiatives annually.
4. Ensure that reported incidents whether human-induced or associated with natural
events were communicated to the concerned department within three (3) working
days.
5. Perform an evaluation of the outsourced security service provider through customer
satisfaction survey every end of the semester and recommend corrective and
preventive actions to the agency if necessary.
6. Attain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 4.00 in a scale of 1.00 – 5.00 (5.00
being the highest) for the services rendered by the office every end of the semester.
