To expand joint research, academic exchanges, and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) programs, building on both universities’ inmate-outreach work, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and the University of Saint Joseph, Macao, signed a partnership held at the Westin Manila, Sept. 29.
