CAFA Quality Objectives
At the College of Architecture and Fine Arts, we are driven by a steadfast commitment to excellence in every aspect of our work. Our quality objectives serve as the guiding principles that propel us toward continuous improvement and the delivery of exceptional educational experiences.
1. Monitor graduates through the Coaching and Mentoring Committee
for the first takers to achieve a passing rate at par with the national
passing rate in the Architecture Licensure Examination in the next
five years.
2. Attain a 7% increase in student enrolment in the Architecture and
Fine Arts programs for each succeeding academic year in the next five
years.
3. Achieve a 75% minimum average Satisfactory performance among
Architecture students per year level by conducting a series of
assessment tests of the design courses as prescribed by the outcomes-
based educational mandate set in the Policies, Standards and
Guidelines for the Bachelor of Science in Architecture program under
CHED Memo Order No. 61 Series of 2017 for the five years.
4. Achieve a 60% increase in the number of faculty members with
aligned graduate degrees in their fields of specialization by 2023.
5. Attain 100% participation among members of the faculty in the
institutional research of the University.
6. Attain an 80% active participation among the members of the
faculty, the students and employees in the Community Extension
Service by continuously promoting and facilitating activities toward
the inclusive development of the University and the community
annually for the next five years.
7. Conduct a graduate tracer study once every five years with at least
50-60% of graduates of each year successfully traced.
8. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating higher than 4.00 in a scale of
1-5 every end of the semester every year for the next five years.
