Abstract

Many studies have examined the factors that influence academic performance in Senior High, with the purpose of enhancing learning at these stages and reducing drop-out rates. It is within this research framework that we want to emphasise the deficiency of the academic performance of students enrolled in ABM Strand and NON ABM (TVL – Home Economics) Strand in Kitchen Essentials and Operations Management at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation educate and train students to be competitive by providing them with applied learning opportunities that require talents in terms of productivity, career, attitude and skills. The current research study will employ a survey research type of study which is the most fundamental tool for all quantitative research methodologies and studies. The researcher will use a Survey to ask questions to respondents. The researchers will collect data from the students and will rely on individuals’ self-reports of their knowledge, attitude, or behaviours and problems.
