1. Develop one new technique and/or procedure for the enhancement of laboratory
safety every year for five years.
2. Evaluate the performance of all staff on the 100% implementation of procedures for
the efficiency of facilities and equipment in their respective laboratories at every end of
the semester for the next five years.
3. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating in all laboratories higher than the weighted
mean of 4.0 on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, at the end of the semester for the
next five years.
