Quality Objectives

Towards the fulfilment of the University's mission-vision, the following are the quality objectives of the Procurement Office for the next three years: 

  1. To ensure that 90% supplies, materials and services purchased, meet the right specification.
  2. To ensure that 82% of organization operational requirements are purchased from the right source at the right time.
  3. To achieve efficiency of the procurement process as evidenced by 90% accredited suppliers.
  4. To ensure that 100% of accredited suppliers are evaluated based on their performances.
  5. To achieve a customer satisfaction ratings higher than 3.75 in scale of 1 – 5 every end of the semester.
