1. Monitor 100% efficiency of all air pollution control devices through the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance every month for the next three years.
2. Assure 100% compliance to all statutory requirements (permit to operate air pollution control devices and wastewater discharge permit) of the DENR-Environmental Management Bureau annually.
3. Ensure that all operational drinking water stations pass the Philippine National Standard for Drinking Water (PNSDW) through quarterly monitoring and testing.
4. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating higher than the weighted mean of 3.5 in a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest rating) every end of the semester for the next three years.
