Tribute to CPAs highlights excellence in the accountancy profession

College of Business and Accountancy, assisted by the  Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants honored newly licensed certified public accountants during the Tribute to CPAs 2025 held  at the DTYES Alumni Center, Nov. 29.

The recognition program celebrated the achievements, dedication, and professional contributions of CPAs within the academic and professional community. It also aimed to inspire aspiring accountants and students by highlighting excellence and integrity in the accountancy profession.

The event recognized passers of the May 2025 Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination, namely Louise Justine Abrigo, Lalaine Alcantara, Kristine Jade Anareta, Salve Regina Briones, Jhun Patrick Escasa, Precious Joy Esperanza, Genre Miguel Gabatan, Angelo Mercado, Mariella Perlas, Maxine Reforma, and Mandy Joyce Samar.

Also honored were the October 2025 CPA Licensure Examination passers: Johanna Rose Aman, Cindy Rose Cabriga, John Brian Davila, Rea Dañela Elardo, Jared Ivan Hao, Vanessa Inocencio, Alessandra Marie Pedres, Mhellie Althea Puchero, and Marinelle Tagle.

Through messages of appreciation, experience sharing, and interaction with the honorees, the program strengthened connections between practicing professionals and future CPAs. Organizers emphasized the importance of perseverance, ethical practice, and lifelong learning in the accountancy field.


The event reflects the University’s commitment to Excellence and Service by recognizing professional achievement and inspiring future accountants to uphold integrity and competence. It also demonstrates Unity and Fortitude as the academic community celebrates shared success and motivates learners toward professional growth.
