Technology Math Club holds Lingkod Aral outreach for young learners

Technology Math Club (TMC) of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation conducted its “Lingkod Aral” outreach program on April 10 at Elvira Razon Aranilla Elementary School, aiming to create a more engaging and interactive learning experience for young students.
A total of 23 TMC members participated in the activity, which focused on providing tutorials and hands-on learning sessions for Grade 2 and Grade 3 pupils. The initiative emphasized active participation, transforming traditional teaching methods into more dynamic and enjoyable learning experiences.
Organizers designed the program to help students better understand mathematical concepts while fostering curiosity and confidence in learning. Through interactive activities, pupils were encouraged to take part in discussions and explore lessons beyond conventional classroom approaches.
The outreach yielded positive results, as students showed increased enthusiasm and engagement throughout the sessions. According to the organizers, the shift from passive to active learning helped improve students’ attitudes toward education and sparked greater interest in mathematics.
Beyond academic improvement, the program also aimed to instill a lasting appreciation for learning among participants. By making lessons both fun and meaningful, TMC hopes to contribute to the development of motivated and lifelong learners.
