Students celebrate culture, teamwork through Palaro ng Lahi

Students joined Palaro ng Lahi during Accountancy Days at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, in partnership with the Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants, to promote unity, sportsmanship and appreciation for Filipino culture through traditional games and a career-sharing session.
The activity featured Filipino games that encouraged teamwork, active participation and friendly competition among students. Participants supported their teams through cheers and active involvement, creating a lively environment that strengthened camaraderie.
The event highlighted the importance of preserving Filipino culture by bringing traditional games back into student activities. It also gave students a meaningful break from academic routines while encouraging interaction with their peers.
After the games, Krishna Amar, a certified public accountant, shared her experiences and journey in the accountancy profession. Her talk emphasized perseverance, discipline and dedication as important values in achieving personal and professional goals.
The activity helped students strengthen teamwork, develop sportsmanship and appreciate Filipino traditions. It also supported student engagement within the academic community by combining recreation, cultural learning and professional inspiration.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to holistic and student-centered education by giving students opportunities to learn through culture, play and professional sharing.
