Strengthening their leadership and organizational management skills, representatives of the CCJC First Responders participated in the Planning Workshop: Student Organizations Assembly, titled “EU Leaders: Empowering and Uniting for Collaborative Success,” organized by the Office of Student Affairs and Services.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services invited the student leaders to attend the workshop, which introduced participants to the proper planning, implementation and management of organizational activities.

The activity also discussed the requirements and procedures for conducting programs and projects within and outside Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation.

Through collaborative sessions, participants exchanged ideas, shared best practices and explored opportunities to build partnerships with other student organizations.

The workshop helped the CCJC First Responders better understand organizational processes and strengthened their commitment to leading well-planned programs that support the University community.

The participation of the CCJC First Responders reflected the University’s commitment to developing student leaders through transformative, student-centered and learning-by-doing experiences. The workshop also promoted the core values of Service, Excellence and Unity by equipping student organizations with practical knowledge and skills for effective campus engagement and organizational development.
