PASIG CITY — The Enverga Bar Flippers of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation earned 3rd place for Most Outstanding School Organization in the Philippines during JUANDERCON 2025, a national recognition awarded by the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines.

Held at Valle Verde Country Club, the convention gathered future leaders and industry professionals in tourism and hospitality. For EBF, the recognition marked a major milestone that highlighted the organization’s service, leadership, technical skill and strong record of student-led activities.

The award followed a rigorous evaluation process that reviewed the organization’s accomplishments, community service initiatives, competitive achievements and overall contribution to hospitality management education.

EBF was represented by President Izzy Magdaong and Secretary Margareth Corpuz, who led the organization’s presentation before the evaluators. They highlighted EBF’s calendar of activities, which balanced national competition success, skills development, event service and meaningful social responsibility projects.

The recognition affirmed EBF’s standing as one of the country’s leading student organizations in tourism and hospitality. It also brought pride to the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management and strengthened MSEUF’s reputation for developing competent, service-oriented and globally competitive hospitality students.

Through the achievement, EBF reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a high standard of service, teamwork and leadership. The national award also served as proof of the organization’s dedication to excellence and its meaningful contribution to the Envergan community.


This achievement reflected MSEUF’s commitment to outcomes-oriented education by empowering students to lead, serve and represent the university on a national platform. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Unity, Service and Fortitude as EBF demonstrated leadership, teamwork and sustained dedication to hospitality excellence.
