The MSEUF Communication Society received its certificate of accreditation during the Leadership Advancement Program and Services and Awarding of Certificates for Accredited Student Organizations on Jan. 9, at the Library Seminar Hall, marking another milestone in student leadership and organizational excellence.

The awarding ceremony recognized accredited student organizations that contribute to the university’s active and inclusive campus life.

Aside from securing its official accreditation, MCS received a special award for maintaining its place among the Top 5 most outstanding student organizations for two consecutive years.

The recognition affirmed the society’s consistent work in promoting student involvement, communication practice and meaningful participation in university programs.

With its accredited status, MCS gained more opportunities for university-wide collaborations, support for major activities and a stronger platform for student advocacy.

As the organization moved forward in the 2026 academic year, its officers expressed their readiness to implement innovative programs that connect classroom learning with industry practice.

The achievement supported Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation’s commitment to student-centered learning and leadership development by recognizing student organizations that contribute to meaningful campus engagement. It reflected the University’s core values of Excellence, Unity, Service and Fortitude through sustained organizational performance, collaboration and student leadership.

  • SDG 4: Quality Education — The recognition supported co-curricular learning, leadership development and student participation beyond the classroom.
  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth — The organization’s future programs aim to connect academic training with industry practice and professional readiness.
  • SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions — The accreditation process strengthened transparent, accountable and organized student leadership.
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals — The accredited status opened more opportunities for collaboration within the university and with external partners.
