KAMFILAN held “Kultura at Katotohanan: Pistang Panitikan” from Feb. 16 to 18 through the KAMFILAN Facebook page to celebrate Buwan ng Panitikan and promote appreciation for Filipino literature and culture.
The online celebration featured creative activities that encouraged student participation and highlighted the richness of Filipino literary expression.
Through the activity, participants were given a platform to engage with literature as a way of expressing identity, truth and cultural awareness.
The event also strengthened students’ appreciation for Filipino language, history and creativity. By using an online platform, KAMFILAN reached a wider audience and encouraged more students to take part in the celebration.
“Kultura at Katotohanan: Pistang Panitikan” reinforced KAMFILAN’s mission to uphold Filipino language and culture while inspiring students to value literature as a meaningful part of national identity.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered and transformative education by encouraging students to express creativity and engage with Filipino literature and culture. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Mindfulness and Unity by promoting cultural awareness, truth and shared appreciation for the Filipino identity.
