KAMFILAN holds general assembly to welcome new members
KAMFILAN held its General Assembly on Aug. 22, via Google Meet to orient members on the organization’s Constitution and Bylaws, recognize new members and strengthen their sense of belonging within the organization.
The virtual gathering gave members a clearer understanding of KAMFILAN’s purpose, structure and responsibilities. It also served as the final deliberation and recognition of new members, formally welcoming them into the organization.
Through the assembly, members deepened their connection to KAMFILAN’s mission of upholding the Filipino language and enriching Filipino culture and history.
The activity encouraged active participation and inspired student leadership among members. It also strengthened camaraderie by bringing members together in a shared space for orientation, recognition and reflection.
By conducting the general assembly, KAMFILAN reaffirmed its commitment to building a united community that values language, culture, history and meaningful student involvement.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered education by supporting student organizations that promote leadership, cultural awareness and active participation. It also upheld the core values of Unity, Excellence and Service as KAMFILAN members worked together to preserve Filipino identity and strengthen their organization.
