The Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants, in collaboration with the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, conducted its first general assembly to formally welcome Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting students for academic year 2025-2026.

The event introduced JPAMA officers and presented the organization’s plans, goals, policies and activities for the academic year. It also served as an orientation for members to better understand the organization’s direction and opportunities for involvement.

The assembly provided a venue for BSMA students to build connections, strengthen camaraderie and develop a stronger sense of belonging within the organization.

Participants also engaged in open communication by asking questions and sharing insights with the guest speaker. The exchange encouraged active participation and helped students better understand their role in supporting JPAMA initiatives.

Evaluation results showed excellent ratings for the organization and speaker performance, very good ratings for content and favorable feedback on the venue. Participants also suggested adding more group-focused activities in future assemblies to further encourage interaction.

Concerns about the room temperature at St. Bona were noted and may guide improvements in future activities.

Overall, the general assembly strengthened organizational awareness, promoted student participation and encouraged greater involvement among BSMA students in JPAMA programs and initiatives.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered education by helping students connect with their academic organization and actively participate in college life. It also upheld the core values of Unity, Excellence and Service by promoting camaraderie, organized leadership and meaningful student engagement.
