Representatives of the organization joined fellow student leaders in discussions on the core principles of a sustainable university, effective planning strategies and the proper Permit to Conduct Activity and Request for Venue process.

The workshop also emphasized the importance of aligning organizational programs with the mission and vision of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Through the sessions, participants gained guidance on developing well-structured activities and following the procedures for proposing and implementing University programs. The workshop also highlighted strategic coordination and collaboration among student organizations in creating initiatives that benefit the University community.

According to the project report, the activity strengthened the organization’s understanding of effective program planning and the proper procedures for proposing University events.
