HMS joins Halloween event filled with games, treats and teamwork

The Hospitality Management Society took part in a Halloween-themed event held in partnership with Pop and Plot Events Co., a MICE class, to give participants a fun, interactive and memorable campus experience.

The event welcomed guests into a spooky yet friendly environment filled with themed areas, games, simple challenges and special treats. Participants explored different activity spaces and enjoyed a playful adventure that combined fun, mystery and the Halloween spirit.

The activity aimed to create happy memories, encourage bonding and provide a sweet and thrilling experience for everyone involved. Throughout the event, participants stayed engaged as they moved through the themed areas and completed activities with enthusiasm.

The creative setup and smooth flow of activities helped create a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. The partnership with Pop and Plot Events Co. also highlighted strong teamwork and effective event planning, which contributed to the success of the celebration.

For HMS members, the event strengthened skills in teamwork, communication and problem-solving through group participation and shared responsibilities. It also allowed students to relax, connect with others and enjoy a friendly and playful campus atmosphere.

For the organizers, the activity served as a valuable hands-on learning experience in event planning, coordination and creative design. Overall, the Halloween celebration became both a meaningful learning opportunity and a successful community-building event.
