EUJPIA officers join OSAS leadership planning workshop
LUCENA CITY, Philippines — Officers of the Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants joined “EU Leaders: Empowering and Uniting for Collaboration Success,” a planning workshop organized by the Office of Student Affairs and Services of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation on July 22 through a virtual meeting.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the leadership and planning skills of student organization officers by equipping them with strategies for developing projects aligned with the university’s vision, mission and goals.
During the session, participants learned key event planning concepts, including goal setting, resource analysis and SWOT analysis. These topics helped student leaders better understand how to design purposeful, organized and measurable activities for their respective organizations.
Student leaders also presented their proposed plans of activities and key performance indicators for the academic year. The presentations allowed participants to review their plans, clarify objectives and ensure alignment with university protocols.
The activity helped EUJPIA officers improve their project planning skills and deepen their understanding of the procedures involved in organizing student-led events. It also encouraged responsible leadership, collaboration and accountability among student organization officers.
Through the workshop, EUJPIA strengthened its preparation for the academic year and reaffirmed its commitment to implementing well-planned activities that support student development and university goals.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered and outcomes-oriented education by helping student leaders develop planning, leadership and organizational management skills.
