The Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants participated in a tree planting activity on Feb. 10 at the MSEUF Forest Research Site as part of the university’s 79th Founding Anniversary celebration to promote environmental awareness, sustainability and ecological responsibility.

Student leaders joined university administrators, faculty and staff in planting dwarf coconut trees provided by the Philippine Coconut Authority Quezon.

The activity supported local conservation efforts and strengthened the university community’s commitment to environmental protection.

The shared initiative also fostered unity and purpose among volunteers as they took part in collective action for the environment.

For the participants, the activity served as a meaningful reminder of the value of environmental stewardship and collaboration for future generations.

Through its participation, EUJPIA supported university-led programs that promote sustainability, community involvement and active student engagement beyond the classroom.

The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Mindfulness, Service and Unity by encouraging students to care for the environment and work with the university community toward a shared purpose. It also supported transformative learning by giving students meaningful opportunities to take part in sustainability efforts outside the classroom.
