OSAS holds leadership workshop for 44 student organizations
The Office of Student Affairs and Services conducted a virtual seminar and planning workshop for 44 student organizations of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, including the CBA Academic Circle, via Microsoft Teams on July 22 to strengthen leadership, collaboration and project planning.
The workshop, titled “EU Leaders: Empowering and Uniting for Collaboration Success,” focused on aligning student-led projects with the university’s strategic goals.
Through interactive sessions, CBA Academic Circle student leaders learned planning techniques to help ensure that their upcoming initiatives support the university’s mission and broader institutional direction.
The participating organizations also received an orientation on a more computerized process for pre-event documentation.
The briefing aimed to establish a formal, organized and efficient system for handling project paperwork across all student organizations.
Through the activity, OSAS helped student leaders improve their planning skills, strengthen partnerships and prepare for more coordinated campus initiatives.
The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Excellence, Unity and Service by guiding student leaders in planning purposeful and well-organized initiatives for the university community. It also supported student-centered learning by equipping campus organizations with practical leadership, collaboration and documentation skills.
- SDG 4: Quality Education – The workshop strengthened leadership, planning and organizational skills among student leaders.
- SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure – The orientation introduced a more computerized documentation process to improve organizational systems.
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – The activity promoted collaboration among OSAS, student organizations and college-based groups.
