The CBA Academic Circle concluded the 11th Cristina M. Ramos CBA Academic Team Elimination on Jan. 16 at the Ysmael V. Baysa Simulated Corporate Office to select the official College of Business and Accountancy academic team for the upcoming interdepartmental quiz bee.
The annual event, named in honor of a former organization adviser, served as a competitive platform for CBA students to earn a spot on the college academic team.
Eight contestants joined the elimination round and underwent a rigorous assessment of their knowledge in seven subject areas: spelling, mathematics, science, Filipino, Philippine history, general information and current events.
After the intensive rounds, CAC named Jenree Mikko Garcia, Austin Edric Ng, Jaztine Mae Junio, Crystal Sepillo and Resha Janelle Morales as members of the 2026 CBA Academic Team.
Garcia led the team, followed by Ng, Junio, Sepillo and Morales.
