The MSEUF Communication Society served as the official production team for Battle of the Bands 2026, supporting the university’s campus music competition through live event coverage, technical management and media production.

While student bands took center stage, MCS members worked behind the scenes to help ensure the smooth flow of the program and provide technical support for the performers and organizers.

The society handled key production tasks, including coordination of technical elements, event documentation and media coverage. Their work helped turn the competition into a well-documented highlight of the school year.

By managing the production requirements, the Communication Society helped provide a platform for fellow students to showcase their musical talent and creativity before the university community.

The activity also allowed MCS members to apply their classroom learning in a real event setting, strengthening their skills in live production, teamwork, coordination and communication practice.

Through their role in Battle of the Bands 2026, the society reaffirmed its contribution to campus life and its commitment to excellence in student service.

The activity supported Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation’s commitment to student-centered and outcomes-oriented education by allowing communication students to apply technical, creative and organizational skills in an actual campus production. It reflected the University’s core values of Excellence, Service, Unity and Fortitude through teamwork, professionalism and hands-on learning.

  • SDG 4: Quality Education — The activity provided experiential learning in media production, technical coordination and event coverage.
  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth — The production work helped students develop workplace-ready skills in live events, media operations and project execution.
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals — The event strengthened collaboration among student performers, organizers and the MCS production team.
