The Enverga Bar Flippers returned to the BJMP Quezon District Jail for the Alcohol-Related Livelihood and Awareness Campaign, an outreach program that provided persons deprived of liberty with bar industry knowledge, livelihood-related skills and awareness of the social effects of alcohol.

The activity aimed to support transformation by giving participants practical learning that may help open future career opportunities. EBF members discussed key concepts in the bar industry while also emphasizing responsible awareness of alcohol and its impact on individuals and communities.

Despite a technical issue during the presentation, the speakers continued the session with composure and professionalism. Their ability to adjust helped maintain the flow of the program and ensured that participants remained engaged.

The seminar also included tool-handling demonstrations, where selected participants volunteered and showed interest in learning practical bar-related skills. Their participation reflected curiosity and openness to possible livelihood pathways.

Through the outreach program, EBF extended hospitality education beyond the university and into a community setting. The activity also strengthened the organization’s commitment to service, skills development and second-chance opportunities.

For EBF members, the campaign became a meaningful experience in public speaking, community engagement and socially responsible hospitality education. It showed that the bar industry can be discussed not only as a profession, but also as a platform for awareness, discipline and positive change.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s mission of forming socially responsible individuals who use their knowledge and skills to serve others. It also upheld the core values of Service, Mindfulness and Fortitude as EBF members supported personal transformation, promoted awareness and remained professional despite challenges.
