AGHAM welcomes A.Y. 2025-2026 with general assembly
Through Microsoft Teams to orient members on the organization’s signing process, planned activities, and expectations, the A Group Harvesting Acquired Knowledge through scientific Method (AGHAM) held its first general assembly of the Academic Year 2025-2026, Aug 15.
The assembly introduced new members to the signing process, an AGHAM tradition where Young Explorers (YEs) seek out current members as part of the deliberation process for joining the organization.
During the meeting, YEs were informed of the requirements they needed to complete from Sept. 26, 2025, until the final deliberation date. The discussion aimed to help members understand the process and prepare for their participation in the organization.
The assembly also presented AGHAM’s planned activities for the academic year, including Binibining AGHAM 2025, a Poster Making Contest, and other upcoming initiatives. Members discussed activity timelines, fees, and the responsibilities to be completed before, during, and after each event.
Through the general assembly, AGHAM strengthened communication among members and encouraged active participation in organizational activities. The activity also promoted transparent leadership and democratic involvement within the organization.
The AGHAM general assembly supports Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation’s commitment to student-centered learning by providing students with opportunities to participate in organizational activities, develop leadership skills, and engage in collaborative decision-making. The activity reflects the university’s core values of Mindfulness, Service, Excellence, Unity, and Fortitude by encouraging responsible participation and transparent leadership.
The initiative contributes to Enverga University’s vision of developing graduates with leadership and managerial skills, professionalism, and research-based knowledge through meaningful student experiences beyond the classroom.
