AGHAM participates in LEAPS seminar; receives accreditation award
Student leaders from various campus organizations completed the Leadership Advancement Program and Services (LEAPS) Microsite Training and received recognition during the awarding ceremony for accredited organizations, University Library Seminar Hall of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Jan 9.
Organized by the Office of Student Organizations, the activity brought together student leaders to strengthen their digital communication skills, introduce a centralized platform for managing organizational documents and information, and encourage collaboration among campus organizations.
As one of the partner organizations, A Group Harvesting Acquired Knowledge through Scientific Method (AGHAM) facilitated an icebreaker and interactive games that energized participants, encouraged active involvement, and fostered interaction among student leaders throughout the training.
Simon Romuel Uy, university digital content creator, served as the resource speaker and introduced the university's microsite platform. During the training, he demonstrated the platform's features and explained how student organizations can use it to publish accomplishments, share announcements, promote upcoming activities, collaborate with other organizations, and request publicity support.
The training also highlighted the university's initiative to digitalize organizational documents, enabling student organizations to manage records more efficiently and communicate with the university community through a centralized online platform.
The event concluded with the awarding of accredited student organizations, recognizing organizations that successfully completed the accreditation process under the Office of Student Organizations.
The LEAPS Microsite Training supports Manuel S.
