AGHAM supports CED-CES "Adopt a Wish" outreach program

In partnership with the College of Education Community Extension Services (CED-CES), the A Group Harvesting Acquired Knowledge through Scientific Method (AGHAM) donated "Secret Santa" gifts and assisted in the implementation of the "Adopt a Wish" outreach program at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, AE Building, Nov 28.

Now in its sixth year, the CED-CES initiative gathered more than 350 gifts for distribution to beneficiaries from seven elementary and secondary schools: Elvira Razon Elementary School, BLISS Elementary School, Lucena West I Elementary School, Mayao Crossing Elementary School, Zaballero Elementary School, Lucena City National High School, and Gulang-Gulang National High School.

As part of its participation, AGHAM members fulfilled 10 adopted wishes by donating gifts for identified beneficiaries. Several members also independently adopted additional wishes and contributed gifts beyond the organization's commitment. In addition, AGHAM volunteers assisted in organizing and packing the gifts before their distribution.

Through its partnership with CED-CES, AGHAM supported a university-led community outreach initiative that promoted compassion, volunteerism, and service to partner schools. The organization's participation reflected its commitment to fostering love, companionship, unity, and equality through meaningful community engagement.
