HMS gathers members for learning, collaboration and industry insights



The Hospitality Management Society held its 5th General Membership Meeting at the AEC Little Theater of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation to give members a venue for learning, collaboration and discussion on improving service standards in the hospitality industry, Oct. 29.
The meeting, held from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, allowed members to exchange ideas, share experiences and gain insights into best practices, emerging trends and strategies that support customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
Organizers said the discussions helped members better understand current industry demands and reinforced the importance of adaptability and continuous improvement in hospitality management.
The activity also encouraged open communication and strengthened professional relationships among members. Through active participation, attendees aligned their individual roles with the organization’s shared commitment to professionalism and high standards of service.
“This meeting reminded members that excellence in hospitality begins with collaboration, accountability and a willingness to keep improving,” an organizer said.
Organizers added that the gathering fostered accountability and pride among members, motivating them to uphold quality service in their respective responsibilities.
The meeting contributed to building a more cohesive organization focused on growth, teamwork and service excellence.
