The Learning Development Center conducted the P.E.E.R.S. Seminar 2026 on Jan. 23, at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation to promote emotional empowerment, resilience and service among students.
The seminar carried the theme “Peer Envergan for Emotional Empowerment, Resilience and Service.”
P.E.E.R.S. served as a student-led initiative designed to strengthen mental and emotional well-being, encourage healthy coping mechanisms and build a culture of peer support within the university.
The program featured knowledge-based, spiritual and emotional activities that highlighted the skills, unity and active participation of students.
Interactive sessions focused on emotional awareness, stress management and resilience-building through peer discussions, workshops and reflective activities.
Participants were encouraged to express their thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment while developing empathy, mutual support and personal growth.
The seminar also integrated service-oriented activities to reinforce social responsibility and the value of helping others within and beyond the university community.
Through the initiative, students were empowered to become emotionally resilient individuals and proactive peer supporters.
The seminar concluded successfully, strengthening collaboration, leadership and compassion among college students.
