The Sustainability Department Health and Safety Unit conducted Project ABKD: Awareness of Bomb That Kills Lives and Destroys Properties on April 28, to strengthen campus preparedness, vigilance and emergency response capabilities at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation.

The bomb awareness seminar and simulation exercise was held in collaboration with the Provincial EOD and Canine Unit Quezon.

The activity gathered key university stakeholders, including members of the University Disaster and Emergency Response Team, Occupational Safety and Health Committee, security personnel, CCJC First Responders and safety officers.

Through expert-led discussions, participants learned how to identify suspicious objects, understand explosive threats and follow proper response and reporting protocols.

The simulation exercise also allowed participants to apply safety procedures and improve coordination during potential emergency situations.

The initiative enhanced awareness, discipline and readiness among participants while reinforcing the university’s commitment to proactive risk management and a secure campus environment.

Through Project ABKD, MSEUF strengthened its efforts to protect lives, safeguard property and promote responsible action during emergencies.
