The CAS Psychological Society, together with third-year BS Psychology students, held the 34th annual Psychological Fair, titled “Pagpsybol: Kalinga sa Gitna ng Sigwa,” on April 16, at AEC Rooms 105 and 106 to promote academic excellence, unity and student growth within the department.

The event gathered 114 first- and second-year BS Psychology students for academic activities designed to strengthen their knowledge and confidence in the field.

The highlight of the fair was the Psychology Quiz Bee, where first- and second-year students competed against their respective year levels.

The competition challenged participants’ understanding of psychological theories and concepts in a fun but rigorous learning environment.

Winners emerged from each category, reflecting the students’ preparation and active engagement in their academic development.

Beyond the competition, the fair provided students with an opportunity to build stronger connections outside the traditional classroom setting.

Through the activity, third-year students practiced leadership, coordination and event management while helping foster a supportive and spirited psychology community.

The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Excellence, Unity and Fortitude by encouraging students to pursue academic growth, work together and build confidence through meaningful challenges. It also supported student-centered learning by giving psychology students opportunities to lead, compete, collaborate and grow beyond regular classroom instruction.

  • SDG 4: Quality Education – The fair promoted academic excellence, knowledge development and active learning in psychology.
  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – The activity helped students develop leadership, confidence, coordination and teamwork skills useful for future professional practice.
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – The event strengthened collaboration among CPS, third-year organizers and lower-year participants in building a supportive academic community.
