The Enverga University Computer Engineering Student Society-Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines conducted its general assembly and welcome rites for newly accepted members to introduce the organization’s officers, review its accomplishments and strengthen member engagement for academic year 2025-2026.

The first day opened with an invocation and remarks from organization adviser Ronaldo Maaño, who introduced the new set of officers.

External Vice President Renz Lemuel Silang presented the organization’s accomplished activities, while President Aron Joseph Manrique discussed the constitution and bylaws.

Internal Vice President Justine Renz Ebora also presented the organization’s plans and future events for the academic year.

In the afternoon, newly accepted members showcased their talents and answered questions from officers and current members as part of the organization’s welcome rites.

On the second day, the new members took an examination on the organization’s history.

They were later grouped with officers and existing members for activities intended to build connections, although the activity was canceled due to time constraints.

The event proceeded with the final interview for the newly accepted members and concluded with closing remarks from the president.

Through the activity, EUCpESS-ICpEP strengthened organizational identity, leadership engagement and camaraderie among computer engineering students.


The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Unity, Excellence and Fortitude by helping students understand organizational responsibilities, build confidence and strengthen relationships within the student community. It also supported outcomes-oriented education by giving members opportunities to develop communication, leadership and teamwork skills beyond the classroom.
