The CAS Psychological Society conducted the seminar “Beyond the Threshold: Strategic Preparation to Mastering Success” via Microsoft Teams on April 17 to help second- and third-year members prepare for personal and professional growth in the field of psychology.

The activity aimed to equip students with practical tools, career insights and a clearer mindset for their future academic and professional paths.

The seminar featured Aira Nicole Valdepeña, Tristan Josua and Mari Francisco, who shared insights on career planning, success strategies and navigating transitions in the psychology profession.

The speakers encouraged participants to move beyond academic boundaries and approach their studies and future practice with purpose, clarity and confidence.

The program emphasized that success is not a single destination but a continuous process shaped by intentional decisions and consistent preparation.

Through the activity, CPS helped bridge the gap between student life and professional expectations while strengthening its role as a supportive organization for future psychology practitioners.

The seminar also reinforced the society’s commitment to the holistic growth of its members as they prepare to contribute meaningfully to their chosen paths.

The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Excellence, Fortitude and Service by encouraging students to prepare with discipline, confidence and purpose for their future profession. It also supported student-centered learning by helping psychology students connect academic training with career readiness and personal development.

  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – The activity helped prepare students for future employment and meaningful careers in psychology.
