The CCJC First Responders conducted the “EU’R Safe Program: Sound and Accident-Free Environment: Road Safety and Traffic Rules Seminar” via Zoom on April 22 to promote road safety, traffic discipline and accident prevention among students and university personnel.

The awareness initiative provided participants with essential knowledge on traffic regulations, common causes of road accidents and practical safety measures for both drivers and pedestrians.

A resource speaker led the discussion and engaged participants in learning about responsible behavior, awareness and accountability in observing road safety rules.

The seminar encouraged students and university personnel to practice discipline, self-control and responsible decision-making in everyday mobility.

Through the activity, participants strengthened their understanding of road safety practices and contributed to building a more informed and safety-conscious university community.

The activity reflected Enverga University’s core values of Service, Mindfulness and Fortitude by promoting public safety education, responsible decision-making and discipline on the road. It also supported outcomes-oriented education by providing practical knowledge that students and personnel can apply in daily travel and mobility.

  • SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being – The seminar promoted road safety awareness and helped prevent injuries caused by traffic accidents.
  • SDG 4: Quality Education – The activity provided informative learning on traffic rules, road safety practices and responsible behavior.
  • SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities – The initiative encouraged safer roads, responsible mobility and accident prevention for a more secure community.
