1. Ensure 100% preparation of the different departments towards university-wide ISO certification through audit visits every semester for the next five years.
2. Ensure 100% achievement of the opportunities for improvement noted by both internal and external auditors every year for the next five years.
3. Improve internal auditors’ qualification through attendance in at least one work-related seminar training workshop per school year for the next five years.
4. Obtain a composite evaluation of at least 3.5 in a scale of 1 – 5 in the internal auditors’ evaluation every year for the next five years.
5. Raise the accreditation level of every academic program to the next higher level every year in the next five years.
6. Coordinate with an efficiency rating of at least 3.5 in a scale of 1 – 5 all accreditation and certification activities of the different academic programs for the next five years.
7. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating higher than 3.5 in a scale of 1 – 5 every end of the semester every year for the next five years
