1. Undertake the litigation of administrative disciplinary cases against employees and recommend actions to be taken; 2. Review and/or prepare contracts, memoranda of agreement, and all other legal documents involving the University and its employees; 3. Interpret and/or review pertinent laws, administrative orders, rules, and regulations affecting the University and its employees; 4. Review propriety and legality of rules, policies and regulations, pronouncements, procedures and guidelines affecting the University; 5. Represents and defends the company interests and its employees in courts and government bodies.
