Legal Department Quality Objectives

Towards the fulfillment of the University’s mission-vision, the following are the specific quality objectives of the Office of the Legal Counsel.

 
1. Attend to the legal needs of the Office of the President within three (3) to five (5) working days after receipt of specific concern; 
2. Review all documents forwarded by the Office of the President within three (3) to five (5)  working days; and 
3. Maintain a rating of 4 on a scale of 1-5 in the customer Satisfaction Surveys every year for a period of five years.
