MSEUF participates in '24 WURI Global Conference, South Korea

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) participated in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) Global Conference 2024 held in Seoul, South Korea, Sept. 24-26.

Dr. Claudia Odette J. Ayala, Assistant to the Vice President for Academics and Research and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, presented MSEUF's innovation under the category of Infrastructure and Technology, while Dr. Jennifer B. Reyes, OIC of Special Internationalization Projects, served as a moderator during one of the panel discussions.

The conference, which gathered educators and university leaders globally, focused on innovative practices and the real-world impact of higher education. Discussions revolved around sustainability, inclusivity, and social innovation. Dr. Ayala showcased MSEUF’s initiative titled “Aligning Education with IR 4.0: The Continuing Journey of MSEUF.”

Throughout the three-day event, universities shared their best practices in addressing global challenges such as climate change and inequality, while also exploring ways to foster cross-border collaborations and partnerships between academia, industry, and communities.

The WURI Global Conference emphasized the role of universities in driving societal transformation through innovation, highlighting the need for higher education institutions to adapt to an ever-changing global landscape. MSEUF's participation in this event strengthens its commitment to contributing to global educational innovation and societal impact.
